We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
All return or exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team before items are sent back.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and include a photo where applicable.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Personalized Items
Many of our products are made to order or personalized. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided at checkout
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The request is made after 14 days
- The item has been used, worn, or washed
- The item has been altered or is not in original condition
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
